FAQ’s

Q: How do I order?
A: You can shop online at our store anytime for our pre-made designs. Just click “Shop” on the bar at the top! For custom orders, please send us an email at info@thefrostingfairy.com with the date of your event, what you are looking to order, and pictures of inspiration.

Q: When should I place my order?
A: We recommend placing your order as soon as possible. We require at least a week’s notice for orders, however we recommend 2-3 weeks notice to reserve your space on our calendar. If you place an order with less than 7 days from the event’s date and we are able to accommodate it, you will be charged a rush fee.

Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: We sure do! Our delivery fees vary depend on the distance needing to be traveled.

Q: Do you accommodate for allergies?
A: We can, depending on the type and severity of the allergy. Please email us at info@thefrostingfairy.com prior to ordering to discuss this further.

Q: Do you offer classes?
